NEW, FREE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASS BEGINS July 16

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing healthy and accessible gatherings to our entire community, we are adding Flow to Strength to our Healthy Movement lineup of weekly programs this month. The new, free weekly class focuses on Strength, Breath, and Mobility and aims to strengthen, awaken, and restore participants' bodies. 

 

Professional trainer Dipo Obadina will lead the class each Tuesday afternoon from 3:30-5 p.m. The free class is open to all and, like all our healthy movement offerings, will be tailored to the needs of individual participants so no matter where you currently are on your fitness/wellness journey, you will see improvement in your core strength, balance, and breathing.

 

Flow to Strength is the newest of our Healthy Movement classes, which includes free or affordable weekly sessions of Dance, Yoga, and Tai Chi. The new class will begin on Tuesday, July 16. Walk-ins are welcome; however, we encourage you to speak with our instructor so that he and you can work together to achieve the right-paced effort.
