Annual BIG SMAL Show Now on Display at Price Center

Sixty-nine sensational new works of art are now on display throughout the first-floor galleries of the Price Center for The BIG SMAL Show – the annual San Marcos Art League members’ exhibit. Fifty-nine local artists display their creative prowess through traditional and nontraditional subjects and media in this vibrant new show.

"From color to texture to design and content, this show has it all," said Clay DeStefano executive director.

This is the sixth year the Art League has hosted the members' exhibition at the Price Center. Most of the works are for sale. A portion of the proceeds benefit the art gallery and ongoing arts programming at the Center.

The Price Center's Community Art Gallery has been an ongoing part of the Center's operation since 2017. Art Shows and their related activities are created, curated, and executed by the Center's Arts Committee. Since opening, 566 artists have shown work at the Center. Additionally, several community arts efforts, including the current Together We Soar Wings, provide continuing opportunities to celebrate and create art. The Gallery was again recognized as The Best of Hays in 2024 following wins in previous years.

The BIG SMAL Show hangs through August 23.
