LIGHT AT THE END OF TUNNEL FOCUS OF NEW VIRTUAL GALLERY SHOW AT PRICE CENTER


A new Call for Art focusing on the Light at the End of the Tunnel for a virtual galley show coming to the Price Center next month is now underway. The Center’s Arts Committee encourages all area artists to consider submitting up two works via a new, convenient online process. The show will feature as many as 75 works on display and available for purchase Oct. 15 – Nov. 30.

“Inspiration and hope are helpful and necessary at this most challenging time,” said Joan Nagel, Committee Chair. “We look forward to our local artists’ interpretation of the subject,” she adds.

This is the first juried show the Arts Committee has put together since the COVID closure of the Center, which occurred immediately after the opening reception for the Center’s most successful show to date, “The Language Women Speak.”

All Media, including nontraditional and traditional creations – featuring images and themes of inspiration and hope are eligible. Works must be original creations and family friendly. Interested parties may submit up to 2 pieces A $5 entry fee is due at the time of submission.
