4th Flea Set for this Saturday

4th Flea, San Marcos’ only monthly community flea market, will help welcome students back with its Aug. 26th market from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. The monthly Market takes place outdoors in the Garden and inside the historic Price Center in downtown San Marcos. A limited number of indoor and outdoor booth spaces are still available.

“San Marcos has been fairly quiet all summer,” said Clay DeStefano, Price Center executive director. “Now that the student population is returning and furnishing dorms and apartments, we’re anticipating a larger turnout.”

4th Flea booths are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for both private and retail vendors. Participants can reserve an outdoor booth for $20.00, or an indoor booth for $30.00. Vendors will need to supply their own goods and necessary display equipment. Set up is from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event.

The Price Center’s mission is to bring all aspects of the community together. By offering a convenient location, natural garden, and a delicious and healthy restaurant and catering services along with arts, cultural and civic minded events, the Center is a great place to connect with your downtown San Marcos friends and neighbors.
