Celebrate Holidays All Season Long at Price Center

San Marcos, TX – Dianne Wassenich and her annual army of volunteers from the San Marcos River Foundation have again transformed the Price Center in downtown San Marcos into a festively festooned facility fit for you, your family and your friends throughout the holiday season. Now through Jan. 6, the Center offers a variety of picture perfect settings for lunch, meetings, holiday happenings and self-guided tours of the truly unique community actvity and events center.

From the historic 1893 Chapel and 1910 Room to the Tea Room and main Parlor, a variety of one-of-a-kind displays include several Christmas trees covered in original handmade ornaments, wonderful and seasonal florals and garlands – all of which provide a delightfully merry and visual treat for all.

In addition, Christmas music throughout the Center and three separate personal collections, including more than two dozen reindeer, favorite family Nativities from the personal collections of Price Center family members and a Santa Claus collection spanning more than 50 years featuring more than 50 figures, all help to create plenty of wonderful holiday photo opportunities.

The Center’s Tea Room is serving lunch all month long Mon.- Fri. from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. and offering holiday-inspired Brunch Buffet each Sunday from 10 a.m.– 2 p.m.
