FREE healthy dance classes for all ages and abilities taught by professional dancers.
Silver Ballet - TUESDAYS FROM 10:30-12:00pm Welcome all beginning ballet dancers to this lovely introduction to the music, style, positions, and steps used in Ballet. The classes will leave you feeling stretched, balanced, and strong.

SMTX Yoga
SMTX Yoga offers classes accessible to anyone. We invite you to change your life with yoga practice.
Hatha Yoga - Classes mix a variety of yoga poses with gentle to moderate flow routines, and longer held, restorative poses.

Bee Friends Quilting
Join us at the Price Center for Quilting Bees. Engage with our wonderful group who meet every 2nd and 4th Thursday for quilting practice, workshops, and contests. This ongoing group gathers regularly and new participants are always welcome! Quilts are donated annually to the Hays Caldwell Women's Center. See examples of their works as well as other original works of art on display at the Center.
