Choose from our Garden Room, historic 1910 Room, Parlors, Multi-Purpose Room, and lovely Garden to create your own uterly unique event. Each of our venues are available to rent by the hour and/or day- individually or in combination.

Garden Room

This delightfully airy room overlooks the Center's showpiece Garden and...

• Seats up to 80 people at a variety of tables for 2, 4, 6, & 8.

•Piano, portable sound, and additional tables for event check-in, and separate food and beverage needs 

$130 first hour; $75 ea. additional hour/flat $130 if added to another venue rental

$25 tables & chairs for up to 80

$25 per hour for your set-up and cleanup/breakdown

This beautifully repurposed former church sanctuary features a vintage pressed tin ceiling and two walls of 100+ year old 8' paned windows and....

• Seats up to 100 for dining or auditorium style seating.

• Additional ammenities include a Grand piano, stage, lighting and sound system, large screen and dance floor.

• Holds up to 200 for non-seated events

$140 first hour; $100 ea. additional hour

$25 tables & chairs for up to 100

$25 per hour for your set-up and cleanup/breakdown

Large Parlor

The main living room of the Center is another venue by iteself or as reception or pre-event cocktail area and/or to accommodate banquet tables to meet your food and beverage needs for an event in another of our venues.

 

$75/hr. or a flat $75 fee in combination with other room rental

Garden

Two heritage pecan trees anchor our large front Garden that features a nearly ever-blooming display of native and hybrid specimens, along with nesting birds, passing butterflies and bumblebees. The Garden provides a wonderful backdrop to an outdoor event or as add-on to your indoor event.

$75/hr. or flat $75 if add to another venue rental 

Small Parlor

This private and quiet retreat serves as a nice spot to host a meeting, take a conference call or video conference. The room seats 8-10 people. Wedding parties and other events often rent the space as an add-on for a private dressing and/or gathering place.

$50 per hour/ $50 flat fee if added-on

Multipurpose Room

This wonderfully bright room features two walls of windows with lots of bright daylight, counter spaces and a hard surface floor and...

• Seats up to 24 boardroom and/or classroom style

• 3 small sinks, a microwave and small refrigerator included

Service Kitchen

The kitchen is available for you to warm, prep and plate food. RENTAL FEE $25 flat add on

Audio Visual Services

AV services, including sound system, screen and projector are available for an additional charge.
