Choose from our Garden Room, historic 1910 and 1893 Rooms, Parlors, Multi-Purpose Room, or lovely Garden to create your own truly unique event. Each of our venues are available to rent by the hour and/or day- individually or in combination.

Custom catering services by Chef Ray are also available. (Self-catered and other private caterers also welcome.)

Garden Room

• Seats up to 60 people at a variety of tables for 2, 4, 6, & 8.

•Piano, portable sound, additional tables for event check-in, and separate food and beverage tables included.

$130 first hour; $60 ea. additional hour/flat $130 if added to another venue rental

$25 tables & chairs for up to 60

$25 per hour for your set-up and cleanup/breakdown

1910 Room

This beautifully repurposed former church sanctuary features a vintage pressed tin ceiling and two walls of 100+ year old 8' paned windows and....

• Seats up to 100 for dining or auditorium style seating.

• Grand piano, stage, lighting and sound system, large screen and dance floor included.

• Holds up to 200 for non-seated events

$140 first hour; $80 ea. additional hour

Historic 1893 Room

Multipurpose Room

This wonderfully bright room features two walls of windows with lots of bright daylight, counter spaces and a hard surface floor and...

• Seats up to 24 boardroom and/or classroom style

• 3 small sinks, a microwave and small refrigerator included

Rental Fees

$60 per hour/flat $60 if added on

Large Parlor

The main living room of the Center and can accommodate banquet tables to meet your food and beverage needs.

Rental Fees

$60 flat fee in combination with other room rental

Small Parlor

This private and quiet retreat serves as a nice spot to host a meeting, take a conference call or video conference. The room seats 8-10 people. Wedding parties and other events often rent the space as an add-on for a private dressing and/or gathering place.

Rental Fees

$50 per hour/ $50 flat fee if added-on

Garden

Two heritage pecan trees anchor our large front Garden that features a nearly ever-blooming display of native and hybrid specimens, along with nesting birds, passing butterflies and bumblebees. The Garden provides a wonderful backdrop to an outdoor event or as add-on to your indoor event.

Rental Fees

$75 first hour; $50 ea. additional hour/flat $50 if add on

Audio Visual Services

AV services, including sound system, screen and projector are available for an additional charge.

Linens

We will be happy to order and place necessary linens to complete your event for an additional charge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is available for you to warm, prep and serve food. RENTAL FEE $25 per hour/flat $25 add on
