San Marcos, TX – The Price Center and its in-house chef, Ray Abiza, formerly of Euro Café, are pleased to announce a new Sunday Brunch service they will be offering in the Center’s Tea Room on the first Sunday of each month, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., beginning Aug. 7.
“Since the first of the year, Chef Ray has done a wonderful job of providing lunch service in our Tea Room five days a week and thanks to the quality of his food and fair prices, we’ve significantly grown lunch traffic and catered events at the Center,” said Clay DeStefano executive director. “We have a number of plans to expand the availability of food at the Center beyond brunch, including order-ahead meals to go,” he added.
Chef Ray will be preparing his Mediterranean-inspired spin on Brunch with a fresh assortment of salads, omelets and other hot entrees. Reservations are preferred. Based on response, the brunch could be offered every Sunday. The Chef’s plans for order-ahead-meals-to-go include whole meal prep for pick-up with 24-hour advance notice.
